REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND INFORMATION

All presenters and audience must register online.

NOTE: Consider being an IEEE member to receive full member benefits. You can be a member of IEEE Nanotechnology Council by joining IEEE (simply select ‘Nanotechnology Council' when applying memberships).

• One Full Registration (Student Registration is NOT a full registration) covers a maximum of one invited paper (without publishing) OR two accepted papers by the same registered author.
• A Student Registration (applies to both IEEE Student Members and Non-Member students) covers only one accepted paper.
• An additional USD150 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
• For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay USD150 per page for the extra pages to be included in the conference proceedings.

Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be requested through the registration page no later than May 30, 2023. A refund will be made of the amount that was paid minus 25% to cover administrative expenses and any related transaction fees.
• No refund will be given if cancellation is made after May 30, 2023.
