1. Registration Overview

Registration opens on February 27, 2026.

Accepted presenters must register by Friday, March 20, 2026, to remain in the programme.

Early-bird registration closes on April 10, 2026.
Regular registration closes on May 22, 2026.

Registration includes access to all sessions (June 24-27), lunches (June 25-26), coffee breaks, and the welcome reception.

Conference dinner and other social events will be organised and paid for separately.

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

The applicable rate is determined by the registration date.
Eligibility

Regular: Faculty members; researchers (including postdoctoral researchers more than three years after PhD award); professionals; others not eligible for the Reduced rate.

Reduced: MA/MSc students; PhD candidates; postdoctoral researchers within three years of PhD award; retired academics; unwaged or independent scholars without institutional funding.
(Proof of status may be requested.)
