REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
• Admission to all conference sessions
• Conference e-proceedings
• Luncheons and tea-breaks from 5 to 8 August 2025
• One banquet dinner ticket for 7 August 2025
• Access to the IPFA 2025 mobile app

EACH REGISTRATION ALLOWS THE SUBMISSION OF A MAXIMUM OF TWO (2) PAPERS.

GROUP DISCOUNT:
• 5% discount for groups of 5 or more registrations from the same organization
• Group discount does not apply to student and HRDF registration
• Contact the conference secretariat at ipfasecretariat@usm.my for group registration with discount

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
You hereby consent to the following cancellation policies when submitting the registration form:

• If you wish to cancel your registration for the conference, you must provide at least two weeks' notice before the conference start date to get full refund.
• If you cancel less than two weeks before the conference start date, you will be CHARGED FULL of the registration fee, unless you are able to find a replacement attendee from the same company/institution. To request a replacement attendee, please email the IPFA 2025 Secretariat (ipfasecretariat@usm.my) with the name and contact information of the replacement attendee by July 18, 2025.

**Please note that refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 30 days of the conference start date. For any refund request, please email to IPFA 2025 Secretariat at ipfasecretariat@usm.my.
