August 1, 2025 is the deadline for the completion of the early-bird online registration and payment of the registration fee (early-bird $750).
Abstract submission deadline (completed on a different form) is July 15, 2025.
ICOSS registration must be completed separately on their website.
All presenters, sponsors, and attendees must register online with this form and complete payment.
Fee is not prorated nor refundable.
